Christian...

Here is a picture of Christian's beautiful and precious hands... what a darling little boy he was! As you can see, he is wearing a heart necklace on his neck... so sweet!

Destiny,
This blog you made is such a blessing to all of us! Being able to read the posts about Christian and seeing a little bit of him...well, it is very healing. *crying* We are just wishing we could be there to give solace to you and the whole family. There's so much more I could say, but I think I'll try to write a letter and or call you all, soon. Much love, Aunt Carmaan

Hi Kruse family,

You probably don't know me. I'm Michelle Johnson of Medford. I've met your family on a couple of occasions, one, years ago at the Vandagrift's home and last year at the Jr. speech tournament.

I just learned today of your precious baby's death and have been thinking and praying for you all day.

Every child is a gift from the Lord and though we know God is sovereign, the pain we feel when He takes a little one home before WE are ready is so very real.

I lost a younger brother when he died a sudden death at 17 days old. I remember clearly how hard this was on me, only 7 years old at the time. I felt so helpless, watching my parents grieve, not knowing what to do, in many ways dealing with my own grief silently.

My prayer for you is that this difficult time draws you closer to the Lord and to each other as a family. Lean on each other. Hold each other up. Let the Lord's strength flow though you as you try your best to survive and flourish in life, which keeps going on.

You are in my prayers, Michelle Johnson
